Qualifications:	Event Hosts are the key ingredient of BustLoose.com's success. They are the personalities on our infamous Mega Club Crawls, our Party Bus & Pub Crawl events, our ski & snowboard trips and our tours to destinations around the world that create the "ultimate experience" for our Guests. Successful candidates will exhibit a strong and outgoing personality, will be good communicators and ready to have a good time! From our Event Host training and development program, we internally promote Resort Personnel and staff for our various travel programs...YES! YOU COULD BE PAID BY US TO WORK ON THE BEACHES OF MEXICO OR ON THE SLOPES OF THE ROCKIES!As an Event Host, you will assist us in providing our customers with an outrageous, fun and safe experience. Our interview process will seek out people that possess the following: Fun & outgoing personality Ability to organize a group Ability to animate a group with games and events Good communication skills An understanding of customer service related theories Attention to detail And a willingness to work hard and play harder

All of our Event Hosts are hired on a contract basis and are compensated based on per-event or per-program contract rates that will vary depending on the level of training and type of event being worked.
