Paper-less Ticketing
Our enviromental responsibility program
You might not think that a party company would consider environmental responsibility an important part of their corporate mandate; but we do! We do our very best to limit office waste by recycling paper products, cans, bottles and by conducting most of our inter-office communication electronically. Our print-media marketing (including news print, magazines, etc.) is limited to almost nil, and point of sale mediums (posters, banners, flyers, etc.) are used sparingly. In 2009 we launched our paper-less ticketing initiative for BustLoose.com; our online box-office.
The paperless ticket
As of September 2009, BustLoose.com no longer mailed out hardcopy receipts or tickets to event guests. Our new system also did not require that confirmation-receipts be printed off to confirm access to a Bust Loose! event. It is estimated that on an annual basis this has eliminated the use of nearly 10,000 sheets of paper, over 4,500 envelopes and nearly 20,000 hard-copy tickets. Additionally, it has saved on landfill waste created by printer materials and packaging.
So...what does this mean for Bust Loose! partiers?
It means that a hard-copy of your ticket and/or confirmation email are not required for entry or admittance to this event. You will present government issued photo identification (a drivers license, a passport, or a government issued photo identification card) matching the order information that you provided when completing your online purchase on BustLoose.com. At check-in you will receive admission for all guests under your order by way of event wristbands (this is what venue and event staff will look for to give you access into the venues or onto the buses).
