What bars are included?

As always, only the hottest Stampede party venues will be included. The 2012 Stampede Club Crawl has currently confirmed Cowboys, Ranchman's, Ranchman's Party Tent, Desperados, Vinyl, Amsterdam Rhino, The Back Alley, The Bank  (as a starting location only). Will I go to all of those bars?

Your Bust Loose! Club Crawl experience will visit four of the listed venues in total; the bar that you choose to start at and three more. You will be at each stop for about an hour and a half. We do our very best in planning the Club Crawl itinerary to ensure that only the best bars, nightclubs and Stampede venues are included, and that each group receives a mix of venue formats.

Where should I start?

There are three "strategic" ways to choose your starting venue: 1) If there is an venue on our list that you don't want to end at, choose to start there; 2) If you want to go to a particular venue, choose to start there to ensure you visit it, or; 3) Choose at random and let the suspense guide you to the next bar!

How many people are on the Club Crawl?

We aren't kidding when we say that there is almost 6,000 people on the Bust Loose! Stampede Club Crawl. Arguably, this is the largest Club Crawl event in the world; but we have yet to contact the people at the Guinness Book of World Records to verify that. To make the event more manageable we break the Club Crawl into groups of 400 to 500 people all crawling at the same time.

Where do I start to end at a certain bar?

The itinerary will remain a secret until the day of the event, but there are no "mystery" venues. You will end at one of the bars listed in the list above.

Why does Bust Loose! keep the Club Crawl itinerary a secret?

As a responsible company in the city of Calgary, the safety of Bust Loose! partiers is incredibly important to us. Our concern for safety extends to all community members. Keeping the itinerary a secret is the best way to ensure that our patrons do not drink and drive by skipping the bus ride and driving between venues, or parking their vehicles at the last stop and driving home after the event.

How can I arrange my ride home if I do not know where I will end?

The ending venue for your selected route will not be released until you are en route to your final stop. We will assist all patrons in finding a safe ride home. Many venues are in close proximity to public transit routes. Additionally, taxi companies are notified about our event, participating venues and end times. And in the case that you do not have your own cell phone, one of our Coordinators will always be happy to lend you theirs to call for a ride.

What time does it start?

The party kicks off at 1:00pm or 2:00pm depending on your selected starting location (your ticket confirmation will confirm your start time). Why so early? Our party is sooooooo massive that we fill the bars to capacity and we need all the room we can get. To redeem your FREE DRINK you need to register within the first hour of the event and buses will depart 90-minutes after event registration opens. You will be at the last stop about 6-hours after the event start time, but can stay as long as you can stand! Be sure to consult your ticket confirmation for the exact start-time for the venue that you have selected to start from.

How can I get on the same bus as my friends?

If you have a group size of 30 people or more please check out our group deals and discounts. Alternatively, all you need to do is purchase a ticket to start at the same venue as your friends. Buses are not assigned before the event, so when the call is made to board the buses and head to the next stop; just get on the same bus...That simple.

What are the service fees that apply to my ticket when I buy online?

BustLoose.com prides itself on having the lowest online ticketing / service fees of all companies that host this type of event. In most cases the fee will not exceed $3.00 per ticket. This additional fee is to cover third-party costs relating to credit card processing, fraud protection, database hosting, software maintenance, etc.

I bought my ticket for the Club Crawl, but my friends are all starting at a different venue - what can I do?

No problem! Contact Bust Loose! and we would be happy to exchange your ticket for you (subject to availability/capacity). This ticket exchange also applies to buying tickets for the wrong event! If you bought your ticket for a non-Bust Loose! Club Crawl, but want to party with us - we will exchange your tickets at face value. Service charges will apply per ticket; but we are happy to help out. Contact our office for more details.
